All sales final. You are responsible for follwoing the measuring charts provided for each maufacturer and take responsibilty for size, color, etc of order. No refunds on special orders. Payment due in full at the time of order. Once order is placed we will notify you via email of your expected ship date. Once order is recieved in our location you will recieve a confirmation shipping email. We are not responsible for maufacturers defect.
